What type of wood is used for your Pellets?
Our pellets are made from European Pine and Fir wood.
Is your Pellets Certified?
Yes, our pellets is ENPLUS Certified by the European Pellets Council. Code Number UK 323 (https://enplus-pellets.eu)
How do you do packaging?
We package in 15kg (40lbs) bags.
How do you do loading?
Loading is done on pallets, 66 bags on each pallet, and 24 -26 tons in 40ft truck.
Do we need a forklift to offload the pellets from the truck?
No, our delivery trucks have a descending rear, you don't need a forklift.
Can you assure weekly supplies?
Yes, we have a production ability of 500 tons, approx. 20 truck loads every week.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 2 trucks for cross boundary deliveries.
Do you deliver to other European Countries?
Our shipping partners can deliver to every country in EU, except Belarus and Russia.
Can you deliver to my warehouse address?
Delivery is done to your warehouse address, this does not require an extra fee.

How many days do I have to wait for delivery after I have made my order?
Once you have made your order, it will take us 48hours to prepare your load and confirm your shipment. The transportation time is 3 to 5 days depending on your address location and country in EU.
Do you deliver to countries out of Europe?
Yes, we can ship to seaports out of Europe by sea vessel, From Europe to North America, Asia, Australia, Africa & Middle East.
